Emma and Paul went out of their way to help me out with last minute bookings for a micro excavator and then a mini loader a week later. They were extremely flexible in organizing drop off and pickup times (early mornings, on a Sunday, etc.) and their communication was excellent. I could not recommend this business highly enough. Not only did Kath and Rod let me rebook due to rain but Rod even delivered the excavator for free of charge before making his way home.
