Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter is Diggermate Flagstaff Hill and Diggermate Mile End (“Diggermate”).

  2. Eligibility
    Open to Australian residents in Flagstaff Hill, Mile End, and surrounding areas aged 18+ during the advertised competition period.

  3. How to Enter
    3.1 Entrants must submit a written answer via the official competition form during the competition period.
    3.2 Each completed hire with Diggermate during the competition period receives 5 entries per hire.
    3.3 Incomplete, inappropriate, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

  4. Judging Criteria
    Entries will be scored according to Practical & Safe Use of Equipment and Potential Project Impact. Bonus points will be added to the final score.

  5. Winner Selection
    5.1 The entrant with the highest total score will be declared the winner.
    5.2 Judges’ decisions are final.

  6. Prize
    The prize is funded by Diggermate Flagstaff Hill and Mile End and consists of three (3) corporate tickets given to one (1) winner each month. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  7. General Conditions
    7.1 Diggermate reserves the right to verify entries and hire confirmations.
    7.2 Diggermate may disqualify entries or revoke the prize where fraudulent behaviour, misuse, or breach of these terms is identified.
    7.3 Diggermate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time.
    7.4 By entering, you consent to Diggermate collecting and storing your name, email, and phone number for marketing purposes (you may unsubscribe at any time).
